About Ondazen

Yoga therapist and instructor Ana Monteiro

Yoga therapist and instructor Ana Monteiro has 20 years of experience in massages: Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy Assistant, Shiatsu and Tui-Na, among other training.

She has been practicing Yoga for many years and later completed training as a Yoga instructor, and found something else she loves doing!

Yoga and meditation teacher since 2021. His journey took him to explore 23 countries, living in 7 and immersing me in different cultures. He trained in the tropical forest of Costa Rica and on the island of Ometepe, in Nicaragua. He found Yoga when he lived in Australia. Today, it is on this path of returning to yourself that we propose to accompany you to create your harmony and your bubble of serenity with your body and your mind.

He has been promoting Restorative Yoga classes at Ondazen since November 2024. This Yoga practice is a gentle and receptive way that consciously promotes relaxation and restoration.
